Scent&Flame provides mobile perfume bar experiences and custom fragrance favors for weddings, birthdays, bridal showers, Mehndi celebrations, corporate events, and other special occasions.

• Perfume Bar consultations

Consultations and Availability

Booking a consultation does not automatically secure your event date.

During the consultation, Scent&Flame will discuss your event details, availability, package or service options, and pricing.

A customized quote and contract may be provided after the consultation.

Event Reservation and Deposit

Your event date is officially secured after the required $150 deposit is received, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement or contract.

A consultation or availability request alone does not guarantee that your event date will be reserved.

Pricing

Specialized All-Inclusive Packages and Build-Your-Own Perfume Bar services use separate pricing structures.

Specialized All-Inclusive Packages

• The Petite Affair — $280
• The Signature Celebration — $370
• The Grand Occasion — $495

Build-Your-Own Perfume Bar

Bottle pricing is based on the selected bottle size and quantity.

Additional setup, travel, staffing, and other applicable fees may apply according to the selected service.

Final pricing will be confirmed in the applicable quote or agreement.

Travel

Travel coverage depends on the selected service or package.

For Specialized All-Inclusive Packages, travel within 50 miles of Chicago is included. Additional travel beyond 50 miles is subject to the applicable travel fee.

For the Build-Your-Own Perfume Bar, travel within 10 miles of the Chicago base is included. Additional travel is charged according to the applicable mileage rate.

Event Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate event information, including:

• Event date
• Event location
• Guest count
• Event type
• Venue information
• Requested service

Changes to event details may affect availability, staffing, pricing, travel fees, or the selected service.

Booking and Cancellation

Booking, cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, refund, and final payment terms may be governed by the specific agreement or contract provided for your event.

Please review your event agreement carefully before making a payment.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:
